The Standard Support Plan includes the following deliverables:
Logging of customer issues through telephone, e-mail or web.
Tracking of issues from entry to closure.
Supply Customer with suitable resolution for the earlier reported problems for the system, within a given time frame.
Supply customer with software patches for the version of software purchased.
Deliver all applicable upgrades of the product to the customer released during the AMC period, as and when available from Exempler.
Supply updated manuals and user guides as documents or electronic files.
